Chicago Marathon Training Programs are free to all athletes running for charities partnered with Kopf Running. Please see below for more details!

FREE Final Surge Account Instructions

Coach Seth will check in on your progress as you complete workouts in your Final Surge account, and suggest edits or modifications to your program as needed. Accessing the program through your free Final Surge account offers the most enjoyable athlete experience! Click HERE to get started with your free Final Surge account (link will take you to a separate page where you will want to click on the red "Contact Coach" button)! 

Join the Private Facebook Group

Join Coach Seth and other athletes in a private Facebook group who are gearing up for the 2022 running season! 

FREE Educational Webinars

All Kopf Running charity athletes will have unlimited access to new and archived webinar recordings. Previous topics covered include: nutrition, injury prevention, strength training and race day ready weinbars! 

20-Week Training Plans

The 20-week training plans begins on Monday, 5/23 and ends on Sunday, 10/9 (race day!). You will receive the free training program in PDF format via email and have access to the plans through your free Final Surge account!
